Hello all.
Good news! There is a new Ben in town. He came into the world on Wednesday, January 14, 2009. He was 7 pounds 15 ounces at birth, 19.5 inches in length. We are so happy to have him at home. He is a good baby and only cries when hungry or getting his diaper changed. What more could we ask for?
Sophie is adjusting to the new baby. It's a little harder for her to get attention, but we try to give her some time too, in between feedings.
Grandma Jane is helping us with Ben and Ben and Sophie for the past week. Hopefully we'll get in a routine and she can move back home soon. I'm sure Grandpa Leo is missing her! But we couldn't do it without her.
Also, lots of volunteers are helping us out, which is really nice. Dinners and help are here daily, and we are very thankful. Special thanks to Cathy (Katie) for organizing all this for me. You are the best! And to Bob for getting us people!
Anyway, we are doing well. Ben enjoys cuddling Benjamin in his sweatshirt and lying there in bed with him. Lots of good bonding time for the boys!
Thanks to everyone for all your help, gifts, and well wishes. We are very happy to have our new little guy to love.

I am so happy for you and the family. Little Benjamin is a blessing and I can't wait to come over and see everyone.
We are so thrilled for you all to have a new baby boy!! God Bless you all, and enjoy this new lttle blessing!! I think it's time for a new Iron Horse onesie!!!
Yeah for Little Ben! He is so cute and plump! Give him a big welcome hug from the Rocchios! And of course, a high five to Ben, Soph and, most of all the mama with it all - Sarah!
