Hey, everyone. Sorry it's been so long since the last post, but we've had a busy month.
Sophie turned 2:
We got a van!
And my sister got married:
Then we went on our 2 week out west trip.
It was a great trip! The van worked wonderfully...thank you again for all the help we've been given to help purchase the van. (So far, the van fund has raised about $8,000 to help us with payments.)
Here is a list of the places we visited on our two-week trip. Above is a slideshow of the pictures I have from the trip.
St. Louis- Saw a Cardinals game, Ben liked this stadium the best
Denver- Stayed with my good friend Kate, went to a Rockies Game
Santa Fe/Chimayo- Went to the Sanctuario de Chimayo for some healing :)
Phoenix- HOT! Watched a Diamondbacks game
Grand Canyon- Two days, saw the sunset, relaxed a little
Denver- Went to the Denver Zoo- Sophie loved it.
Kansas City- Went to a Royals game
Headed for home
It's been a fun summer. Too bad it will be August soon and back to work. Look for upcoming information in your e-mail about more things going on in our family. The ALS walk is coming up soon, and we will need people to start asking their co-workers for pennies!
Keep the e-mails to Ben coming. He may not respond as much as he used to, but he enjoys hearing from you.
